Welcome to Consultoria Hub. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of corporate.consultoriahubagency.com, including browsing our catalogue, placing orders for corporate gifts, custom printing, branded merchandise, and office supplies, and using any related services (“Services”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering on behalf of a registered business, to place an order with us.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Products & Custom Printing Orders

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colour, texture, size, print finish, or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, material variations, and printing processes.
  • For customized items, including business cards, ID cards, stationery, gift boxes, promotional merchandise, and other printed products, a digital proof may be shared for customer approval before production begins.
  • Customers are responsible for checking all names, spellings, phone numbers, sizes, quantities, colours, artwork, and other details shown in the final proof before approval.
  • Production begins only after the final design or artwork has been approved by the customer. Once approved and sent for production, the order cannot normally be modified or cancelled.
  • Consultoria Hub will not be responsible for errors that were already present in an approved proof. However, this does not apply where the final product differs from the approved proof due to an error during production by Consultoria Hub.
  • Minimum order quantities and production lead times vary by product and may be communicated on the product page, quotation, or at the time of order confirmation.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be changed without prior notice.
  • For customized, printed, bulk, or made to order products, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and begin production.
  • Customers must transfer the required advance amount to the bank account provided by Consultoria Hub. After payment, the payment receipt or screenshot must be shared on our official WhatsApp number along with the Order ID.
  • An order will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment has been received and verified by Consultoria Hub.
  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Consultoria Hub reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of an incorrect price, product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Cancellation & Amendments

  • Orders may be cancelled or amended before final artwork approval and before production has started.
  • Once the artwork has been approved and the order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • If materials, printing, design work, or production costs have already been incurred before cancellation, the applicable costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.
  • Customized, personalized, or made to order products cannot normally be returned or cancelled due to a change of mind after production has started.
  • Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or order confirmation and may vary based on order size, customization, and location within Pakistan.
  • Consultoria Hub is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content including logos, design templates, product photography, and text is the property of Consultoria Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.
  • If you supply your own logo, artwork, or branding files for printing, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that content, and you agree to indemnify Consultoria Hub against any third-party IP claims arising from its use.

Limitation of Liability

Consultoria Hub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of business or profits) arising from the use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Force Majeure

Consultoria Hub shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
